Southwest still has the lowest cost on fares. And no cost for checked baggage. Friends who we met at OAK flew other airlines and were not happy w/ baggage fees. Our legs took off on time and also landed on time. Cabin crews were were good.

All of the Southwest employees we had contact with were excellent. Unfortunately the other passengers on the plane were loud and obnoxious. A woman in the row in front of us was asked to lower her voice but ignored the request. She, the person next to me and a man on the opposite row (none of whom knew each other) scream talked for about three hours. I had my earplugs in but could hear every word they said. I couldn't move because the plane was full. I talked to someone else who has flown this airline before and she said that it was a common problem. I guess I'm used to flying with a bunch of quite business people.
