Where do I begin. They obviously don't "Know why we fly". The cabin crew, with the exception of the pilot (or first officer) were all in a bad mood. They all need an attitude adjustment. Our tickets pay their salaries. The seats are so narrow and close together that only a slim person wouldn't be claustrophobic. If they could, they would probably have standees in the aisles. The in flight "entertainment system" only worked with their head sets, which they sold to you. Standard head set plugs did not fit in the armrest outlet. American Airlines can take a lesson from JetBlue. They only reason to fly American is when their fares are cheaper than JetBlue's are!

Flight was great, loved the TV's, service was good, and had plenty of room to be comfortable enough to take a nap.

This was my first trip on JetBlue and I am sold! Check-in was a bit slow because of a new program, but we were warned about it beforehand, so it was not an issue. I loved the fact that we could get from Austin to New York non-stop, no lay-over hassles, no lost luggage, etc. The extra leg room was wonderful...more than you usually ever get in coach. There was a great variety of snacks, all free and plentiful, and the in-flight crew was pleasant and helpful. JetBlue has just become my new favorite airline!
