    good, safe flight. My bag and I got there at the same time (on time)

    the flight attendants did their job with an entertaining flair...we even applauded one!!

    The passenger in row 9 had a child about 2 years old that remaind standing in the mothers lap during departure and most of the trip. She was a terror while the father darnk beer and refused to buckle her in her seat to protect her. The attendant never advised them to do so. This could have ben a nightmare if there had been any severe weather or bumpy stops. All I did was pray the whole trip.

    Our flight was over an hour late leaving out of Austin due to pilots for our plane leaving Chicago late. Arrived in Las Vegas took shuttle and of course we were the last stop. In the shuttle when the fireworks started on The Strip.

    price was fair, the only delay was weather related. Would fly with them again, anytime. Staff was great and helpful

    Only one of Austin's security gates were working and therefore it took one hour to go through the security line and 9 passengers missed this flight (as did many other passengers on other flights). Needless to say many of us were frustrated at missing our flight (not due to our issues). The SWA agent at the gate, however, helped me sign up for standby on the next flight and I got on right away.

    They turned my frown upside down!
