Because we booked through Orbitz (instead of through the Frontier online site)we were charged a $25 carry-on fee for one bag. If we hadn't checked in online the night before we would not have known to quickly re-pack, and would have been stuck with $200 in fees at the counter for 4 carry-on bags. If we had waited until the gate it would have been $400. It is abvious they are charging to recoup their commissions to independent travel service companies. They also double any re-booking fee for any flight not originally booked on their website. Will never fly Frontier again.

always could use more seat room. everything seem to be rushed and the flight was 2 hr an 20 mins. I don't like feeling rushed. that is way I don't fly very often, if I can drive and be there in 3 hr I am not flying .

Check-in was old school by row. Many people were confused by it, but it went fairly well. Frontier does an interesting procedure in that they allow people that are going to only stow an item under the seat on first.

Flight was uneventful which is my preference. Cookies are really good.

On my way to Denver I opted for a standard seat, and on my way back I upgraded for $25 to a stretch seat (5 extra inches). The extra room was worth every penny.

DirectTV on the back of every seat, but it costs $6 per segment to use.

How much easier, convenient, flexible, helpful and affordable can an airline be ? Southwest is the best. Oh, and did I have to mention no baggage fee and no penalty to rebook. All other domestic airlines are far behind Southwest in all important categories of air travel. Long Live Southwest !

I bought my ticket through this site and was astounded to get it so cheap and non-stop! It was all uneventful and such a treat to get away so cheaply. Thanks Airfarewatchdog & Southwest!
