My plane coming back was late leaving because of "paperwork" my connection was tight and when we got to the airport it took the guy that drives the gate about 10 minutes to get it right. I had to run 78 gates only to find that my flight left 3mins early. From there it got worse the employess could care less that I was stranded. They told me I could go to an airport that is 2 hours away from my home and I asked how am I going to get home from there and the reply was "that is your decison" I paid for a ticket to go from point A to point B. They didn't do that. My husband had to come get me so he missed his flight out ($843.00 ticket) I will never fly Delta again!
