the Flight was good, however for a 4 hour flight I do feel a meal should have been included in our flight instead of this being an extra cost. We had to pay for our luggage and then for food. It's hard to fly for 4 hours without getting hungry.

Flight on time, reasonable luggage allowances, helpful flight staff, food they offered for sale was not bad. Nice to know we have this alternative to AT and Delta for this route.

The flights both ways were good. Non-stop Atlanta to Seattle for less than $300, RT, so my expectations weren't high. Flights were smooth and on-time. The only problem was that our carry-on bags were judged to be oversize, so were checked (but without charge). The travel was flawless, so kudos to

    Delta.

    1. Could not check in online for either flight (there or back) because their system was not working. 2. Seats way too small. 3. Even if I could have checked in online, choosing seats was not possible until 24 hours before the flight. Other airlines are better. 4. Long flight for no movie. 6. Seatmate and I could not figure out how to pull the arm rest down. 7. Bottle of water should be free. I ended up spilling the cup. 8. If no food is free, they should at least offer to sell some to us. 9. No blankets available. ONLY POSITIVE...smoothest landing I've ever had (landing in Seattle).

Late taking off from gate, rude flight attendants, no appology for late arrival. The usual customer service that you get from Delta.

10 min late departure, but uneventful flight; good service; two beverages svcs ++; flight attendants very courteous - good job! Seats in economy are hard to sit in for 5 1/2 hrs.

Sold a ticket from Jacksonville to Seattle through Atlanta. Billed and paid for a one stop intinerary. Was informed that that flight always stops in Milwaukee. Deceptive practice from a well known o/l travel site.
