I had to sit by 2 oversized persons who should have been encouraged to buy another ticket, but we were overbooked anyway.

The flight was smooth...left on time and arrived early. One attendant out of the two was very friendly and made up for the lack of personality of the other.

The flight was to Puerto Rico a Spanish speaking country yet there were no directions in Spanish so some passengers were asking fellow bilingual passenger like me to relate the information. The in cabin service was bad due to a rude flight attendant and I was not greeted while boarding or leaving the plane. I usually fly Delta and it is a world apart!!!!

My flight was nice except for the 3 hour layover in Orlando, FL and the flight was a little over crowded.

My family of 4 headed out for a vacation. This was a first flight experience for 3 of us (my husband had flown before). I guess it's what I expected a flight to be like. I was nervous, of course, being my first time. My family and I enjoyed the free XM radio. We thought we were going to have free WIFI as well, but found that you have to pay for it. I did pay for it and it only worked for maybe 30 minutes - I guess it could have something to do with where we were flying though. All in all, it was basically what I expected a flight to be like. I'd do it again.
