While my visit to Italy was a dream beyond belief, the flight there and back left much to be desired! When I asked one of our group if he was able to rest and relax on the flight to Italy, he replied, "With my knees in my nose, how can anyone relax or rest?" A better description of how uncomfortable and cramped we were could not be given!
