I arrived for my departure flight with boarding pass in hand printed from my computer. I have poor vision so I can not see the LED screens in the airport that give the arrival times etc of the flights. I proceeded to the gate that was printed on my boarding pass. I sat to wait and let time pass people watching, about 15 minutes before the flight I heard them calling for the boarding of my flight from a different gate. Bottom line they changed gates without notice so I almost missed my flight. I did not check with the gate attendant when I arrived at the gate because I had my boarding pass. Lesson learned, ALWAYS CHECK WITH GATE ATTENDANT. The seats are very small and almost no legroom. I only weigh about 115 lbs and I could hardly move. Flights were on time, smooth and flight attendants were ok (not great).

My flight to pittsburgh and return trip to atlanta was fantasic.we needed extra help with wheelchair and time getting on flight.everyone was very helpful to all our needs.i was alittle nervous,due to not flying in several years.i wasted my time worrying.the airline hostess checked on us several times.the plane was early and smooth.what more could you ask for?

I have a new favorite airlines!!! They were all SO very nice, kind, hospitable, friendly, cooperative.....I could go on and on.....I was VERY pleased and will fly Airtran whenever I can!!
