Aisle armrest was locked, which makes it harder to get in and out. Roast beef sandwich was better than expected. Everything else was okay.

Delta was on time and efficient on both legs of the round trip from Atlanta to Phoenix. The only item of interest was an experience with the full-body scanner in Atlanta. I feel that Americans should not have to be exposed to such a scan, but my own experience with it was not unpleasant. TSA agents were professional and, of course, the revealing xray of me was not in evidence to me or to the public-just someone in a booth somewhere nearby. My question - is this really necessary??

On a 3 1/2 hour flight you expect to see the movie advertised. However, the only TV hanging from the ceiling that worked was in 1st class. How frustrating!

I was seated next to someone who took up their seat plus a good part of the seat I had purchased. Since I paid for a full seat, I should have been able to have it without donating it to another passenger involuntarily and having to experience touching them from the arm to the thigh. YUCK!

It used to be Delta was a pleasure to fly. And while not "bad" per se, there's nothing outstanding about it any more. I paid for food (tried to, anyway--after four rows, they'd sold out of vegetarian items) which was bleh. The seats were as thin as a Hollywood star with a drug problem, and we were diverted (due to weather, although this was NOT Delta's fault). In fact, being diverted was the only 'good' thing I have to say about Delta. The flight attendents gave out free earphones, left the seatback displays on so we could be entertained, and were friendly and communicative.

Being a Friday, I arrived at ATL airport in plenty of time. I printed my ticket beforehand so I was able to electronically check in. Printed my boarding pass, I packed light so that I would not have to check my bag. The security lines were long but were moving quickly. I arrived at my gate as they were starting to board so I did not have to wait. They said that the flight was booked but I had an empty seat next to me. So I had plenty of room. This was one of the best experiences I have had at an airport. No problems.

This is about the 3rd time on recent flights that Delta's viedo and audio did not work. Getting tired of that. You need somthing on long flights!
