On time, checked 1 piece of lugguage for free...thought there would be a fee (?). Good on board service even got a snack both ways.

Flight was full going to NJ but people were pleasant and the flight left on time. We arrive early and that was a big plus. Returning flight was fine. My only disappointment was since I arrive early to my gate. I saw there was another flight leaving earlier than mines. So I ask if I could change my flight. you can but Delta now charges you $50 if you want to change your flight there is no standby.

Both flights were great - efficient and on time (return flight was early, in fact). eBoarding pass emailed to my cell phone was very convenient.

Comfort is no longer an option be prepared to pay extra fees and hold on for a ride that though not all the time pleasant, it saves time.

We were on time, the plane wasn't packed elbow-to-elbow, good service - almost like we remember flying used to be! Quite enjoyable!
