Flight was relatively comfortable and seat, even though it was in the back corner, was more cushiony than other airlines I've been on recently. However, WIFI if THE MOST important feature I look for and it was not on this plan. I will look for airlines/planes which have WIFI in the future.

Make sure you take a pillow & blanket, $6 if you want to rent a movie. They have a great music selection, bring your own headphones and sleep on the flight. Great flight overall.

We had to check our carry on bags due to the lack of space on the plane. They ended up losing our bags and we did not receive them until 2am, when the assured us our bags would be arriving at 1pm! Every time we called customer service they would give us a later time, assuring us our bags were on the way to us, until it was 9pm and the offices were conveniently closed. They obviously had NO CLUE where our bags were because we finally found out from the delivery service that our bags did not land until 12:30am! We missed 2 very important meetings due to lost luggage which had our documents. EXTREMELY disappointed in our experience with US Airways.

We all hate the luggage fee, but in order to not sit by the bathrooms or in the crying baby section one must purchase a seat in the front half of the plane.

The flight leaving and returning to Atlanta were full and even left a few minutes early. Staff was friendly and professional. Seating was comfortable and I slept on both flights with no problem. My only complaint is that I wish I had brought my neck pillow. At any rate, it was a great flight. I only fly for personal pleasure and would definitely travel on Air Tran again.

The coach seats were horrible. My knees actually touched the seat in front of me. You couldn't recline a seat if you wanted to.

This was the first time that I traveled by myself with 3 kids! I was not looking forward to it. I found however that the first leg of the trip went smoothly because at the airport in Atlanta I was allowed easy access through security and check in was a breeze. My older children helped so much with the baby and the flight to LA was on time! The trip back to Atlanta was fine as well. I got nervous when I realized that I had to store the baby bag overhead and I needed some diapers and no one was around to hold her for me. The flight crew was very helpful throughout. Once again it was smooth sailing and we landed on time.

service was generally friendly although i noticed that the drink cups and biscotti crackers have gotten smaller since the last time i flew airtran. check-in was fine except at LAX where for some reason the self check-in kiosk didn't work and directed me to get in line to see an actual agent. headsets were not offered on my return segment from LAX-ATL for some reason. overall though, the flight was fine. nothing spectacular but got me where i needed to be more or less on time and at an affordable price.
