Flight was canceled due to mechanical problems the previous day. I thought as their hub, they could get a plane that worked by the next day. wrong. Canceled next day also.
Next day, rebooked us to London via Paris. Delayed flight next day made us miss the connection back to London. Planes were dirty.
No service at all.
Never flying them again.

My experiences are good with British Airways. The flight attendants are very curteous. The unfortunate part of my last flight was the cabin crew strike. The flight attendants did the best job they could. The food was terrible and the service was minimal. One good benefit was, I was able to pay an additional $250 at the Atlanta ticket counter and upgrade my ticket. It wasn't business class but I had a seat that reclined more than normal coach class. There was also more leg room. It was well worth the extra expense for more leg room.
I will fly British Airways again!
