First of all we had reserved seats but when we printed our tickets our seats were not listed, so we ended up with different seats and apart. The plane was hot and smelled (turn around fight) The aisles are NARROW ! Seats are small and close together. NO type of entertainment like radio or movie, and the bathrooms were so compact that one could not hardly move in them.

We enjoy how Delta is so organized!!!!! We can get boarding passes as well as pay for baggage online. This is not true of all airlines. They also discount 2$ for 1st bag checked online for each passenger. Not all airlines do that either.

I worked for TWA and have traveled since 1969. Air Tran's planes have the smallest seats, aisles and bathrooms.I think the aircraft was a770. I will never fly that aircraft or airline again and will tell all my friends who do a lot of traveling, what a horrible experience I had on a 4 1/2 hour flight.

It was a good flight. Left the ground almost an hour late but made up the time and arrived only 2 minutes late. Service was great but they ran out of the breakfast meals half way thru the plane. What was left was very pricey for what little you got. Still a good flight to Las Vegas so who would complain.

Their website said they did not charge for bags. We were surprised when we had to pay to check our bags. Also, they don't even give you a peanut. You have to pay for everything. Just an example of "hidden charges."

Absolutely horrible. They lost my baggage when I arrived in Las Vegas. Counter agents lied about when and where the bag was and when I would receive it. Then the Delta Baggage Claim Call Center lied through their teeth about where the bag was and when I would get it. Spoke with an woman there who was an absolute lying scumbag who wouldn't answer any question to save her Mother's life. Arrived on Saturday afternoon, finally got my bag Monday afternoon around 3pm. Usual Delta, lose your bag and then lie through their teeth about where it is. No apologies, no explanations, no offere to make things right, just lie to you and tell your bag will arrive within 12 hours. Only fly Delta when your business pays for it! This is the 5th time they've lost my bag in 2 years of flying.

After a smooth check in for an evening flight, we noticed the flight attendants talking about the computer problems the plan was having. After finally figuring out that the computer on the plan was not working to fly the plan properly, we were ushered down the other end of the airport (you know how long that is) to get on another flight. On the second plane, the flight attendant was rude and loud. There is hardly enough leg room for tall passengers such as myself. Thank goodness I had an aisle seat! I promised myself that I would never fly Air Tran again just because of the poor leg room, poor seat comfort (I am under 180 pounds at just under 6 feet), along with the seats being so close that the passenger in front of me frequently kept leaning back (almost in my lap). I can't blame him since he was probably over 275 pounds. I am sure he was trying to get comfortable also. The take off was great, but the plane shooked so much after an hour, I put my foot on the imaginary brake on the floor to stop the plan. No joking! The plan shook at least ten times! I do understand about the winds in Las Vegas, but this occurred approximately one hour into the flight and did not stop for at least two hours. We were very happy to get off of this plane.

They charged me for leg room which I never got and didn't give a refund. Changed the plane size and schedule on both legs of the trip. Any and all in-flight services needed were either not offered or cost extra. Information about the flights were different at check-in and the gates. I was given no reason to fly with them again.

Flights are full so service is slow. The leg room on the flight is very uncomfortable. They should also review the status of the flight... Like where are we. The seat reclining is very irratating to me..
