The flight was an average experience. Check in was done via computer so it was very smooth. In-flight service was adequate. Nothing went wrong but service wasn't exceptional. The plane was the smallest the airline utilizes so it felt cramped. The plane was full and the seats were a bit uncomfortable. The worst part was inadequate storage. There were storage bins on only one side of the plane! My carry on was a standard size roll on piece. It was tagged as too large and had to be checked in at the gate before boarding both ways. I had to briefly wait in line upon exit to get my bag. There was no charge and at least I didn't have to go through baggage claim. However it was a minor hassle. I would fly Continental again due to the value however I would try to get a larger plane.
