My roundtrip flights were flawless. In the winter, that's saying a lot. Safety, though, came first. Thank you so much, Delta!

Flight was fine if I could have gotten to Hartford for my mom's funeral. But we landed in LaGuardia. Only the Gods know why because I am sure Delta doesn't. They had several reasons they announced while on the aircraft, but I believe they finally settled on they "ran out of gas". Confusion reigned; people rented cars; my daughter and I finally arrived on the one of three buses which had not toilet facilities, at Bradley around 9pm. Calling hours/wake over; relatives from everywhere never seen. There is no "do-over" for this one. It took me hours and hours of my time, but Delta did come through and re-imburse me. They did not fully re-imburse my daughter, though. Guess grandmothers are not quite as high on the scale as mothers. But the CSR I FINALLY spoke with at the corporate offices was nothing but kind and helpful.
