This was the 2nd time in two weeks that this airline lost our luggage. The first time, it took two days to find it. This time it was 1 day. The frustration is that the baggage claim ticket means nothing as the airline cannot tell you where your luggage is and when it might arrive. Isn't everything scanned and automated these days?? Bad enough if this was for vacation but both times was for business and really created a hardship. Thinking worth paying the extra $ when necessary for a more reliable airline.
