    Staff is informative and very friendly, flights were usually on time except when lined up at Hartsfield due to heavy traffic. They kept the cabin at a comfortable temp not like another airline D----. The pilots always keeping us informed not like other airlines D----.

    Afternoon flight from Atlanta to Fort Myers. Left the gate early and did arrive a few minutes early. Flight crew was very hospitable. Overall, it was good flight but would have been better if I were on the Falcons plane instead of the Ravens plane.
