What can I say? 3 hours late waiting for crew. what a bunch of crud! Later found out that this flight crew was delayed in Indianapolis because the flight cabin "check list" was missing and they needed to wait for another 737 to arrive so they could steal one out of that one. Nothing to do with anything needing repair... Just plain old STUPIDITY!

Easy check in at airport. On time. Smooth flight. Good service. Charging for bags creates more carry on luggage which has a tendency to slow loading and unloading of passengers.

Delta is last in the nation for on time flights and first in number of complaints. Once again my flight was late and I first heard about it from Orbitz, NOT Delta. The attendants were rude and rolled thier eyes anytime they were asked for assistance. I am stuck traveling with them because I live in Atlanta. Just wait until Southwest comes to town! The CEO of Delta was interviewed about this and he danced his way around all the tough questions about terrible service saying, "Delta is committed to providing great service." Yup, and Elvis is still alive.

Seats are too close together from front to back. As part compensation, airline gave a $7.00 per person food credit. You can't eat for $7.00 per person at an airport.

The experience was great. We were a little late leaving ATL, but the flight attendants were cheerful, efficient and helpful. The return trip was even better; left right on time, and again, the attendants were great. No frills, but it's economy. No one was rude or obnoxious and best of all, no screaming babies. Uneventful, and that's a good thing when flying.

I was able to change my seat at check in to a more favorable location and left almost on time and got to destination on time. Seats were leather and legroom was adequate on both flights.

I will never fly Spirit again. Two thumbs down!!!! You will be sorry if you choose to "save money" with this airline like I was. I have NEVER heard of paying for your seat choice when you check-in on-line in advance. The paying for baggage is a joke and if you want a beverage on the flight, you might want to pick it up beofre bording....it's not included. Spirit's low rates = headache and NO service!!

AirTran did a marvelous job! We arrived in Ft Lauderdale on time and 20 minutes early on our return to Atlanta. Loved the XM radio. Time spent seemed far less than actual time spent in the air.

Overall was ok...don't like having to pay for baggage, snack/drink, etc. Wish they would let people off flight first that DO NOT have overhead carry ons! We should be rewarded some way. Instead of being charged extra. What charges will be next??

Flight was on time. Seats are cramped but I'm only short and traveled with my 5 yr old, so not a problem. Only problem we had was waiting an hour for our luggage at the Ft Laderdale airport but I think that's the baggage handlers and not Spirit. Very inexpensive flights from ATL to FLL. I fly Spirit several times a year.
