Until recently, I had not flown in three years, when I last went to Germany. This spring, I went across the pond again, but because of fuel price hikes and some cutbacks in services, I wasn't sure what to expect! Usually, every overseas flight I have ever been on has been "chock full". This time, in the rear of the plane, I had three seats to myself (wow!), where I could stretch out. Not quite first or business class, but it served the purpose of not having to sit upright the whole time! The flight crew was very friendly and helpful. I watched movies, relaxed and began to immediately enjoy my vaction. The return flight was typically full (every seat occupied), but the flight crew. again, was very friendly and helpful. I even managed to sleep some (rare for me!). Overall,a pleasant experience.
