Had to wait in line for close to an hour at DFW to clear security. Started w/2 agents checking IDs/boarding passes, then I guess it was break/lunch time so one left!! Did I forget to mention there were numerous (at least 6) milling around seemingly doing nothing!

Nice flight and arrived ahead of schedule. The flight went by fast. Enjoyed the flight and the service. Not to mention it was a great price. And because of the weather, American let me change my flights for free.

The flight attendant was not friendly at all. She was rude and seemed mad whenever I asked her for assistance. When I filed a compliant, AirTran didn't follow through either.

on a cold stormy afternoon, the pilot kept us informed. the flight atendants were great. nice flight in hopes to do it again soon.

Does not seem to matter when or where I fly on Delta, they are always late leaving for one reason or another. This is now what I expect from Delta. While other aspects of the flight are usually good, with the seats being far, far more comfortable than AirTran and the planes far cleaner and the flight attendants being far better groomed, they seem to not be able to find a way to be on time. Would like the inflight service to include a beverage refill as occurs with AirTran.

airfare watchdog does shuch a good job finding the best and cheapest flights that i don't even bother looking anywhere else. i would reccomend to everybody to register with airfare watchdog and let them find a flight for you.

I difficulty when I first arrived at Atlanta but it was my fault. Thought I had time to spare so I got breakfast before heading for the gate. When I got there, after checking the schedule, it looked like my gate had changed and they were boarding early. I started running to try and catch my flight only to find out that I was at the Delta gate and then had to run back. Needless to say, I was sweating profusely but made it just in time. The attendants at the AirTran Counters before I reached my gate called down to let them know I was coming. Thank you!

The plane ride home was delayed for hours. It got home a lot later than anticipated. I had to go to work the next day.

Sat down and buckled seat belt to find something wet on my hand...literally "crap"...on my hands & pants. It was on the seat & seat belt. Maintence changed the seat pad & seat belt, I was moved to first class, but still in stinky jeans. I feel that should have been a free AirTran flight.

Left Atlanta exactly on time and arrived in Dallas 25 minutes early. Return flight left 10 minutes late but also arrived back a little early. Smooth sailing, nice attendants and even with a full flight boarding went very quickly.
