First time at O'Hare, personnel on the ground could be a little more pleasant when answering questions of someone unfamiliar with the airport. Things become too routine for personnel and they don't relate to someone traveling

for the first time in their airport. Also waited a long time before someone at the gate desk acknowledged me to answer a question. I stood there until they finished their task -- just poor. The Delta flight, however, was great from the pilots to the attendants. We left a few minutes late, but arrived at our destination early. Very pleasant flight.

This was the first flight that I took with my 4-year old grandson. The check-in, TSP walk-through, flight crew, and flight was great both ways. I'll fly Delta again.

Ticket agents & attendants behaved as if they were unhappy to be working at 8:15am they were rude and unfriendly, but did not descriminate..they treated everyone this way.
