I flew on Delta connection carrier Pinnacle and was alarmed at the unprofessionalism of the flight attendants. As we waited on the tarmac for a short rain delay those in first learned more about the the flight attendants personal and business life than one needs to know. Each time they were required to work it was like they had to break away from their conversation to go to work.
My worry, is how are the pilots trained? I am sure these two flight attendants are two fine people but they certainly were not adequately trained to be 100% focused on their job and to leave their personal lives and shop talk for time when they are not working.
Alarming and staying off regionals whenever possible.
