As part of our extented Alaska cruise trip to Denali, we were shuttled from Anchorage to Fairbanks on Alaska Airlines (about a 50 min. flight). The seats seem to have a little more leg room than usual and the crew was very accomodating. That even to the extent that the pilot not only pointed out Mt. McKinley's twin peaks as we passed above & between them, but he swung the 737 around and passed back over so that people on both sides of the plane could see each peak. Then he swung it back again to finish our trip to Fairbanks. We heard this is a rare, but not unheard of treat on Alaska Airlines. Thanks for the great experience!
