“Southwest has always been the best for me”

I always fly Southwest. When I needed help with a compliated reservation, everyone was so helpful It took a while to figure out how to use previous canceled trip credit for the new trip and rearrange the dates to suit me. I had two one way tickets for less that a round trip ticket. I also like Southwest seat mates too. Not everyone wants to chat and many times I have ended up with someone to chat with for the whole trip!!!

I was fine until the flight attendant mentioned something about the flight might crash. We all just stared at each other. Not real friendly at all. Should not be in customer service.

I flew roundtrip on Southwest from Albuquerque to Kansas City in July-August 2010. I used curbside check-in both times. Chec-in at both cities was a breeze.Walking to and from departure gates was easy. Employees were generous and helpful. The plane was not jammed with unruly kids. I think that the pre-board of families with children eliminated that problem. My peanuts and coke in-flight snacks were just fine. I sat in the middle seat of a three seat row on both flights. Perhaps the only thing that would have been nice to add on the plane would have been head rests to circumvent my head as I dozed off. Excellent flights!
