Seemed to be a new plane and the seats have almost no reclining ability so the 4.5 hour trip was extremely uncomfortable. Also, our seats had no window. When we arrived at our destination, we found that all of our clothes inside our four pieces of luggage had somehow gotten wet! Don't know if TSA did bag inspections in the pouring rain or what happened, but it was a mess. The solution from Southwest baggage service was "You'd better wash your clothes before they mildew because we only reimburse for dry-cleaning in situations like this." It didn't matter that our trip was for medical purposes and that we were staying in a hotel. What is the value of our time and what about the inconvenience this caused?
