This flight was so poorly managed it was very disturbing. My first flight was delayed due to engine trouble. Then my second flight was delayed due to mechanics. They recommend you do carry ons vs. checking baggage but they demand you hurl your baggage onto a cart without assistance. Then when the flight delay causes angst in catching the second plane, there is no one willing to help you. Your stewardess refuses to tell you which gate your next plane will arrive, no one makes getting your carryon easy to retrieve, no one is at the gate helping you to get to the next plane on time, and then no one tells you the next plane is delayed. This whole experience was terrible. Delta should be ashamed of themselves.
