Despite the lining up by number to board, the Southwest experience is great. The employees are friendly and helpful and frequently humorous. The flights were on time, the planes were clean and the luggage delivery to baggage claim on my return was almost immediate (unlike another airline which shall remain nameless which takes from 30 to 45 minutes to get the luggage to the carousels in Albany despite the fact that their jetways are CLOSER to baggage claim than those of Southwest).
