Flight as expected, line up/rush in/bags up/takeoff/a little rough after take-off. TOO FAST a landing. WOuld appreciate BETTER snack choices--Peanuts have run its' course --issue w/TSA and how time consuming this step is--

Recent flight from Albany, NY, to Baltimore was smooth sailing. No glitches or delays. Flight actually arrived early. Gate attendants and flight attendants were pleasant and helpful.

Southwest really has the check-in and boarding down to a science. Everyone cooperated with the boarding procedure and since you can check bags for free, we didn't have the overhead bin struggle the other airlines do with people trying to jam all their worldly possessions into carry-on!

I take this trip a lot and it was a good trip. I have to go into Va. and this is the most afordable airlines to take. I would like to see Southwest fly from Albany NY to Washinton/Dulles airport that would be perfict for me.
