    I hate American Airlines and Chicago airport. Rude, obnoxious people that seemingly have no sense. We were held 14 hours at O'Hare with planes landing and leaving, but there was NO plane going to our destination. They finally put us on the bus, the BUS, with a case of warm soda and some stale pretzels and one drunk. Thankfully, the drunk was removed. It was awful. No offer of a cup of coffee; no offer of refund (HA!). Just, "That's how we do business."

    Missed the connection in Chicago due to hold on incoming flights blamed on weather. Told that the flight would be held for us but after we RAN through the airport the agent at the gate laughed and said "We never hold flights." When I asked why the stewardess told us this she said "To get you out of her area." Not a great start to our vacation, and running through the terminal aggravated my asthma.
