When loading my overhead carry-on an airline employee took it over and easily loaded it for me. It was nice to not have score back for the flight.
The warm cookies on the flight home was a nice surprise!

Left CAK on a tiny plane & flight was not long. In Atlanta, it took so long to get from one gate to the other; at 71 & still active, even I had a hard time. Someone pushing a wheelchair invited me to join in elevator which really helped. Boarding is still rather chaotic..should be orderly line so that people take their turn. The plane was a huge one with 7 seats across. People still are not very considerate of people behind them & take forever to get in their seats while plane, crew wait. Pretzels or cookies??? Glad I brought my sandwich. On some flights I have been on to Ohio (several times a yr) like when the pilot tells you where you are flying over; that is always of interest to me. There were no movies but that is OK. Going back next wk hope it is a good experience.
