paid for assigned seating for 2 grandkids&me - they were given to other passengers. wrote complaint - never heard from the airline. Was told by supervisor in Atlanta that I did not do online check in and paid for advanced seating (I did not pay for advanced seating and couldn't check in online). Was told by supervisor my assigned seats were given to confirmed passenger and to ask passenger to change seats with me. He couldn't have cared less that I was not sitting with my 2 underage grandchildren. I paid to have secured seating next to my minor grandkids and was RIPPED OFF! Airline travel on AirTran is not something I would suggest to anyone.

When heading West, as we often do, for us, you can't beat Frontier. There is no time lost in going North or South to connect. Frontier heads West the minute we take off. The planes are very comfortable, and quiet. This last trip, we moved up to the stretch seating offered, and what a nice ride! More leg room, and you know it is even more quiet up front. We are heading out again in June, and looking forward to our flight. On top of it all, the folks at Frontier are always really nice, and help you enjoy the ride anyway they can. Thanks,

Overall it was good...on time...no lost luggage..good weather. Price was good too after lots of searching and advance purchase. Flight back from Atlanta to Akron/Canton was jam packed and overhead luggage by most passengers really SUCKS! You should definitely limit so many carry ons. Flight attendant was more that patient...I would have flipped out at all the baggage.
