My husband and I frequently fly direct from CAK to DEN, and have had generally good experiences, in spite of the tighter and tighter fit in the Economy Class, and the uncomfortable seats.(absolutely no lumbar support, and head/neck pushed forward). Our suggestion: Thank you for the express boarding, but how about initiating express deplaning? Then those who have no carry-ons in the overhead bins can quickly and easily exit the plane without having to wait for all other passengers to retrieve their carry-ons. This would also be an incentive for all travelers to check luggage, and make all planing and deplaning easier and quicker.

Our family of five travels often...we LOVE this connection! CAK is small, easy to get in and out, and in 2+ hrs we are in Denver. In DEN we arrive in the concourse closest to he main terminal and can be out of the airport quickly. Planes are clean, legroom better than most competitors, and staff often go the extra mile. We LOVE Frontier!

This flight occurred over the Christmas holiday. I'm sure that the boarding staffs are tired and frustrated. Instead of boarding by sections, there was a crazy order after the first class patrons that spread people all over the plane. The boarding staff was very slow while screaming to hurry up as the pilot wanted to leave early. They sent the people who had checked their luggage and who were supposed to only have carryon that fit under the seat. They were still helping people at the desk and many people slipped through which angered the staff. The older travelers were very confused and singled out to stand aside. This caused them to be in the way as others surged forward. By the time those of us with overhead baggage got to board, the staff was yelling and following people in the tunnel if they thought you had improper luggage. I was verbally accosted because I had a purse and backpack with my overhead 21" bag. I assured her that my purse fit in the backpack and I had removed it to retrieve my boarding pass. She didn't believe and said so very loudly. She stopped the line and made me prove it to her even after I had showed her that there was room in the backpack. It was very slow getting the plane all "packed up" and very difficult weaving around all the people that were scattered all over. The attendants on the plane were wonderful, very cordial and organized. I believe one had won best attendant and deserved the title. The flight was nearly on time. The problem was with that nutty boarding order that confused lots of flyers who only go during holidays.

Frontier offers us none stop flights to Denver were our kids and grandkids live. We love the Akron/Canton airport. And we like the ticket options Frontier offer. Our recent flight home from Denver was delayed 2 hours because of the weather, but everything went smooth and Frontier offered everyone free TV because of the delay. No big deal as we had purchased the ticket that gave us TV and baggage, but for many of the passengers this was a treat and a nice way to say they were sorry for the delay - which this time because of the weather - was not their fault. Plus on both flights to Denver and home all passengers - not just first class - were served warm chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven. YUM! These are just small things, but so many airlines have made flying miserable and charge for every little thing and make no concessions or apologies when things go wrong. It is a pleasure to be treated like a guest. Way to go Frontier.

THE FLIGHT WAS AN HOUR LATE TAKING OFF AND NO INFORMATION WAS GIVEN AS TO WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING. THE AIRLINES SHOULD LET THE PASSENGERS KNOW THE EXPECTED DELAY TIME.

What a joy to get on the plane and know that I would reach my destination without having to get off and run for another connecting flight. The flight left and arrived as advertised each way. And, I only have a complaint about the seat comfort because I am short (5'1") and my head is always below the head rest and pushed forward. Otherwise, the flight attendants were very helpful and friendly on both flights. Enjoyable trip.
