    Recently, I have been using Akron vs. Cleveland when traveling to Boston. Continental prices have skyrocketed; Airtran in Akron is a very economical alternative and the flight times are convenient.

    Flying from Akron rather than Cleveland is a great alternative and much more economical when flying to Boston. The Continental non-stop flight from CLE to BOS was $861 round trip. The Airtran flight, with better times for me, and also non-stop was $251 round trip. It is well worth the extra 30 miles to save $600+.
