Don't worry, you'll still find oodles of amazing fares. We've just made it easier to sort through and find exactly the kind of fare you're looking for. And we think you'll really like the new customized home page, which will feature content based on your alert settings. See? More of what you want!

Fly on USAirways yesterday. They told us our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook on a later flight. Got to airport and saw that our original flight was boarding. How could that be! We were told they brought a new plane in and reinstated the flight. But although I provided contact cell and email, they never alerted me so we could try and make our original flight. The later flight was delayed 2 hours and instead of getting home early evening, we arrived at midnight. Very unhappy and annoyed at the treatment we got from USAirways. They said they can't contol the info their customer service reps give out. If they can't provide any customer service, what's the use of flying them?
