Long, late-night flight ahead? Falling asleep on a plane isn’t always easy, and even once you arrive at your destination, adjusting to a new time zone, bed, or even city can get in the way of your rest. Below are our seven favorite tools to help you catch some Zs while traveling.

#1 The Big Sleep Holiday Kit

If you take your sleep seriously, this is the kit for you. This kit contains everything you’ll need for deep sleep, including pillow spray, a bath soak, night oil, and balm. It also has a luxurious eye mask to keep the light out.  If you’re willing to splurge, it is available for $130 on Amazon and, last we checked, was about to sell out.

#2 Mack’s Ear Plugs

This isn’t as comprehensive as the Big Sleep Holiday Kit, but if you’re someone who just needs to block out the noise and doze off on the plane, these earplugs fit the bill. They’re also useful if your hotel is located near a busy intersection. Mack's sells silicone earplugs as well if you’re not a fan of the foam ones.

#3 Dream Water Natural Sleep Aid

The name speaks for itself! This natural blend of ingredients comes in a TSA-compliant bottle to help you get some sleep on a long flight without any grogginess.

#4 Ostrich Pillow

This one is a little weird, but if you’re after a nice nap on the plane and you don’t want to have to deal with sunlight from the windows or light from the cabin, this is the perfect pillow. You can use it while sitting straight up or lay your head on your tray table. People may stare, but you’ll be sleeping so well you won’t care.

#5 Ostrich Pillow Light

If the regular Ostrich Pillow is too over the top for you, try the Ostrich Pillow Light. This one is a little smaller and offers lots of neck support. Some customers like it so much they even use it in their own bed at home.

#6 2breathe Sleep Inducer

If you want to add a bit of tech to your sleeping routine, start using this gadget before your trip. The device uses sounds to help you slow down your breathing and fall asleep. According to Amazon, it takes about two to three weeks for the device to really start working, so you’ll want to start this before your trip.

#7 Alaska Bear Sleep Mask

This is my all-time favorite sleep mask, which I use just about every night of the week. It’s soft, easy to store, and perfect for keeping the sun out of your eyes.
