In 10/07, we were booked with V/A from MCO to LHR..became ill and had two surgeries. Sent hospital report to V/A. Asked for an extension that was granted to 8/08. In 3/08, spouse rushed to ER with life threatening surgery. He now is not allowed by his doctor to travel over two hours...Repeatedly asked V/A for $1404.00 refund as we have loads of medical bills. They will not respond...Any suggestions or are we just out of that money?
