Can anyone help me understand how Vayama.com works? For example, Vayama has an AA flight from ORD to FCO for about $200 less than American.

However, on other routes that price difference is not that great.

Also, what's the difference between booking a flight with Vayama or the actual carrier itself?

Any pros/cons/ etc?

I tried to make reservsation to HNL or Kahului, HI (OGG) in United or travel0city. I could not get the price. Thx.
