Hello Everyone,

Has anyone out there happen to have experienced the ORD or Chicago Attitude?

Where it is not their problem that we have too close of a connection.

Where it is not their job to call ahead and let the next gate know you are coming.

Where it is not their problem that you barely have time to RUN from K18 to G20. or L10 to G20 or worse yet L10 to A B or C Concourse.

Most of this has to do with American Airlines on G, H and K Concourse and is the reason that I refuse to fly through ORD on American unless that is the only option I have available to fly at the time.

I am a Million Mile Member of American Advantage Travel Club.

When I lived in Dallas it was easy to fly and not have issues. DFW was not difficult to fly out of or to. But now that I live in the vicinity of PIA I have to fly MSP, ORD, DFW, DIA, ATL, or DTW to get out of PIA. Those are the only options in the cards unless I go to Bloomington or Springfield to fly out.

This is why I am a big fan of NWA now. I have top tier status with them and have had very good service out of PIA. I have yet to experience the Chicago/ORD attitude again since I have flow with NWA.

I would love to hear of others experience in ORD - O'Hare.

Regards,

Cary
